Cinémas Palme D'Or pays tribute to loyal customers with free Bryan Cranston Q&A

Cinémas Palme D'Or, the theater in Palm Desert that just recently lost their lease, will pay tribute to their loyal customers with a free screening and Q&A. The theater is offering up two free tickets for each Grand Prix membership rewards card holder. To get your tickets, bring your Grand Prix rewards card to Cinémas Palme D'Or's box office (card required, limit two tickets). The free Q&A will feature a big screen showing of Cranston's new HBO film "All the Way," on this Thursday, May 26 at 6:30 pm. Following the screening Cinémas Palme D'Or's co-owner Bryan Cranston will visit with director Jay Roach for a stirring discussion on bringing the Tony Award-winning Broadway play to HBO.

Cinémas Palme D'Or opened its doors on October 10, 2003, and has been giving the Coachella Valley a wide variety of Indy hits along with an incredibly popular of "Meet the Filmmakers," series, which has made the theater unique to the desert. Since the news hit earlier this month, fans of the theater have been crushed by finding out that their theater will be closing its doors on June 30.

T.S. Elliot once wrote, "This is the world ends, not with a bang but with a wimper." It's obvious that Cinémas Palme D'Or is bucking this idea.

Hurry, as tickets are almost gone and they are being given out first come, first served.
