Meet screenwriter Roberto Patino of 'Cut Bank' this Saturday Night
Cinémas Palme D'Or in Palm Desert presents an exclusive screening of the new film "Cut Bank" and a live, in-person Q&A session by screenwriter Roberto Patino. The event takes place this Saturday Night (April 11) after the 7:00 pm screening of the motion picture. Seating is first come, first serve, please arrive early for ticket availability. The evening's Q&A session will be moderated by Palm Spring's personality Bill Feingold.
"Cut Bank" tells a story of a young man, desperate to break away from the small town Cut Bank, Montana. His attempt to make money quickly and not necessarily the right way, goes terribly awry. The film has the feel of a Coen Brothers film and features an all-star cast including Teresa Palmer, Liam Hemsworth, John Malkovich, Bruce Dern and Billy Bob Thornton.
Roberto Patino graduated from Harvard University. He has been a writer of two successful television series "Son's of Anarchy" and "Prime Suspect." "Cut Bank" marks Patino's feature film debut.
"Cut Bank" is rated R for violence and language and has a run-time of one hour and 33 minutes.
