‘Family Affair’ actress Kathy Garver to sign autographs at two events tomorrow in Palm Springs
Actress Kathy Garver, mostly known for her role in TV’s “Family Affair,” will be headlining two events tomorrow, May 21, 2019, in Palm Springs, California. The first event will be at two hour book signing at Just Fabulous, where she will be signing her latest cookbook “Holiday Recipes For A Family Affair,” from 12-2 p.m. Her second appearance will be in the evening for “A Family Affair in Palm Springs with ‘Cissy’: Guest Kathy Garver,” hosted by the Filmmakers’ Gallery and QUADZ Palm Springs. This event will take place from 5:00 pm to 8:50 pm at QUADZ Palm Springs. (For details see below.)
Kathy Garver started her screen career at the age of seven in the film noir classic “The Night of the Hunter,” and continued to star in films and television for the rest of her childhood and adolescence. Her big break came when she selected to appear in the family friendly show “Family Affair,” starring Brian Keith. She was an immediate hit as the older sister Cissy. She was the cool teenage girl that every other girl wanted to be and the dream date of every boy.

She will appear in the film “Grace,” this year, she will be attending the Classic TV Stars Cruise, which will also feature Barry Williams from “The Brady Bunch,” John Schneider of the “Dukes of Hazzard” (and “Dancing With The Stars”), Jimmie Walker from “Good Times,” Jerry Mathers from “Leave it to Beaver,” Judy Norton of “The Waltons” and many more!
